Shannon Nelson is the Program Associate for WISPIRG. Shannon graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in the spring of 2009 with a degree in Liberal Arts and concentrations in Economics and History. Prior to her arrival at WISPIRG, Shannon worked for author and journalist David Bornstein’s social change storytelling Web site, Dowsr, where she documented the oral histories of social entrepreneurs.
